What do I need to run Niguna?

A Mac running macOS 14.0 Sonoma or later. Works on Apple Silicon and Intel.

What audio formats does it support?

MP3, M4A, AAC, FLAC, WAV, AIFF, and CAF.

Do I need an internet connection?

No — Niguna plays entirely from your local files. Internet is needed once, to activate your license after purchase. After that, it plays anywhere.

How many Macs can I use my license on?

Up to 5 activations per license. Moving to a new Mac? Deactivate on the old one right inside the app — the seat frees up instantly.

What if it's not for me?

Full refund within 14 days of purchase. Email nizinlabs@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.

macOS says it "can't verify the developer" — what do I do?

That's a standard prompt for apps sold outside the App Store. Right-click (or Control-click) Niguna and choose Open — macOS asks you to confirm once, and from then on it opens normally with a double-click. You only ever do this once.
